1. Introduction

Welcome to GPTEEZY ("Company", "we", "our", "us")! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our services, including the platform located at GPTEEZY.com ("Service"). By accessing and using our Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Acknowledgment

By creating an account, using our platform, or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms. This includes features such as user authentication, subscription-based services, email blasts, tracking engagement, and security resources provided through GPTEEZY.

3. Accounts

Our Service operates through Google authentication. When you connect your Google account with us, you guarantee that you are at least 18 years old and that all the information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date.

3.1 Google Authentication

  • Account Creation: You do not create a separate GPTEEZY account. Instead, you authenticate using your existing Google account, ensuring a secure and seamless experience.
  • Permissions: By connecting your Google account, you grant GPTEEZY permission to access certain profile information necessary for using the Service, in accordance with Google's API and OAuth protocols.

3.2 User Responsibilities

  • Accurate Information: You are responsible for ensuring your profile data is accurate. Inaccurate or incomplete information may result in the termination of your access to the Service.
  • Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. GPTEEZY is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login information.

4. Services

GPTEEZY offers a suite of services to help you manage and grow your GPT business, including but not limited to:

  • User Authentication: Easily add authentication to your GPT for secure access control.
  • Monetization: Charge users a one-time fee or subscription for accessing your GPT.
  • Email Campaigns: Blast emails to your users directly from the dashboard.
  • Engagement Tracking: Monitor and analyze user engagement and conversion rates.
  • Security Resources: Access resources like anti-jailbreak prompts, defenses against prompt injection, and paywall subversion prevention.
  • Promotion Services: Boost your GPT in the ChatGPT Store by purchasing chats.
  • Templates: Use pre-made templates to quickly start building your GPT.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, its original content (excluding content provided by users), and its functionality are the exclusive property of GPTEEZY and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. User Content

Our Service allows you to post, store, and share certain content related to your GPT. You are solely responsible for the content you share, ensuring its legality and appropriateness.

By sharing content on the Service, you grant GPTEEZY the right to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute the content in connection with providing the Service.

7. Payment and Fees

By using our Service, you agree to pay the associated fees for services like subscriptions, one-time payments, or promotional boosts. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You must provide accurate billing information, including your full name, address, payment method, and any other relevant details.

7.1 Stripe Connect

GPTEEZY uses Stripe Connect to handle all payouts. Your payment credentials are never shared with us. Key features include:

  • Secure Transactions: Stripe handles all transactions, ensuring PCI-DSS compliance.
  • Tokenization: Sensitive payment information is replaced with tokens to ensure security.
  • Payouts: All funds are transferred directly to your Stripe account once payments are processed.

8. Subscription and Refund Policy

8.1 Subscriptions

Our services are subscription-based, with options for one-time purchases or recurring payments. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled before the billing period ends. You can manage your subscription settings through your account dashboard.

8.2 No Refunds

Due to the nature of our digital content and services, all sales are final. We do not provide refunds once access to any service has been granted, including subscriptions, email campaigns, and promotional boosts.

9. Limitation of Liability

GPTEEZY, its directors, employees, partners, suppliers, or affiliates, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

  • (i) Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
  • (ii) Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
  • (iii) Any content obtained from the Service.
  • (iv) Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and bar access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, under our sole discretion, if you violate these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. If the changes are material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before new terms take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
