GPTEEZY operates on a subscription-based model. Once a subscription has been initiated, you will have immediate access to our services, and therefore, no refunds will be issued. It is the responsibility of the customer to review the subscription terms and services provided before completing the purchase.
2. Subscription Cancellation
Customers can cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings. Upon cancellation:
- You will continue to have access to the GPTEEZY services until the end of your current billing cycle.
- No further payments will be taken after the current billing cycle ends.
- You will not be eligible for a prorated refund for any unused portion of your subscription.
3. Chargebacks
We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback through their bank or credit card provider. Chargebacks can result in additional fees and may complicate the cancellation process. Please reach out to our support team for assistance before pursuing this option.
